Privacy Policy

How Enthiramatix handles information used by Enthira, including WhatsApp Business and Meta integrations.

Effective date: August 23, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Enthira, a business platform operated by Enthiramatix ("Enthiramatix," "we," "us," or "our"). Our business address is No 32, Pillayar Koil Street, Kamarajapuram, Guduvancherry, Tamilnadu, India - 603202.

This policy describes data handled through the Enthira application, its backend services, and Meta/WhatsApp Business integrations. This policy page is publicly available over HTTPS and does not require an account or login to view.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how Enthira is used, we may process:

  • Account and company information: administrator name, email address, phone number, login and organization details, company name, business profile information, subscription and configuration data.
  • Customer contact information: customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, notes, lead and contact details supplied by an Enthira customer.
  • WhatsApp Business information: WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), business name, phone-number ID, display phone number, business profile and connection status.
  • OAuth information: Meta authorization results and access tokens needed to connect an authorized WhatsApp Business account. Access tokens are processed by our backend and stored server-side with access controls; they are not intended to be exposed in the browser.
  • Messaging information: WhatsApp recipients, message content, templates, media, message identifiers, timestamps, delivery/read/failure status, and related webhook or campaign information.
  • Technical information: device, app, log, diagnostic, network, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Enthira; authenticate administrators; connect and manage authorized WhatsApp Business accounts; send and receive requested customer messages; queue campaigns; process delivery status and media; provide support; maintain records; prevent abuse; comply with law; and improve reliability and functionality.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising or unrelated profiling. We process data on behalf of the Enthira business customer where that customer determines the purposes of customer data processing.

4. Meta and WhatsApp data

When a business connects WhatsApp through Meta OAuth or Embedded Signup, Enthira receives and processes only the permissions and account data authorized by that business. This can include the WABA ID, business name, phone-number ID, display number, access-token credentials, message and media data, recipients, and delivery information.

Meta and WhatsApp may process information under their own terms and policies. Enthiramatix uses Meta and WhatsApp as service providers to enable the authorized WhatsApp Business functionality. Businesses must ensure that their customer messaging follows WhatsApp Business and Meta consent, opt-in, template, notification, and applicable law requirements. Do not upload or message a recipient unless you have the required permission and a lawful basis to do so.

5. Service providers

We use trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate Enthira, including Meta/WhatsApp for WhatsApp Business APIs, OAuth, messaging and webhooks, and Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, databases, storage, hosting, server-side functions, logs, and related infrastructure. These providers process information under their contracts, security controls, and applicable privacy terms. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and customer instructions. When an organization disconnects WhatsApp, we stop using its authorization for new activity and remove or anonymize related data according to the organization’s request and our legal or operational obligations.

To request deletion of an account, company data, customer data, WhatsApp connection, access token, messages, media, or other personal information, email support@enthiramatix.com from an address we can verify. Include the company name, relevant phone number or WABA ID, and the data to be deleted. We may need to verify the requester and may retain limited information where required by law or needed for security and dispute prevention.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including server-side processing for OAuth credentials, access controls, authenticated service access, and provider security features. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Businesses are responsible for protecting their account credentials, authorizations, recipient lists, and the content they choose to send.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing for personal information we control. You may also withdraw an authorization or disconnect a WhatsApp integration. Contact us at support@enthiramatix.com. You may have additional rights under the laws that apply to you, and we will respond within the legally required period.

9. Contact and changes

For privacy questions, data requests, or support, contact support@enthiramatix.com or call +91 90423 94605. We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be posted on this public page.
